Dr Bose is a ‘Brand Ambassador’ for German Mittelstand (MSME) Companies in India, as he has been instrumental for establishing and growing integral German Mittelstand (MSME) Companies in India. Dr Bose champions the ‘Make in India’ initiative and the Indian MSMEs. He is a driving force for connecting global companies with Indian businesses and truly believes India is the next ‘super-power’

Having completed her Master of Business Administration from Symbiosis International University, Shikha has worked with multinational companies across industries such as advanced composites, automotive, consulting & market research and information technology. Over the years, she has led multicultural teams, developed cross functional skills and is constantly voicing the need for sustainable development for organizations, individuals and industries.
Anshal Chaturvedi is a Civil Engineer and an MBA graduate from Symbiosis University. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector working in the domains of investment sales, high-value leasing contracts, asset management and portfolio optimisation. Over the years, Anshal has managed assets exceeding 20 million square feet, facilitated major MNCs in establishing operations in India, and collaborated with leading international private equity firms to identify and optimise real estate opportunities. Notably, he was a core team member of India’s first and Asia’s largest REIT, managing Pune’s real estate portfolio while advancing sustainability through ESG-focused strategies.
Anshal facilitates market entry for International firms into India and supports Indian companies in scaling their operations globally. He is responsible for shaping and executing strategies that align with WERT’s vision of sustainability and innovation for projects related to green energy including wind, solar, and green hydrogen, while also expanding WERT’s presence in water and environmental solutions.
With an experience in green energy and corporate communications, Pooja is heading the marketing activities of WERT. Equipped with the skills to build a strong network with government stakeholders and private sector players, she has previously worked with the Indo-German Energy Forum (IGEF-SO) under the German Development Cooperation, GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and made significant contributions to the Indo-German Green Hydrogen Task Force, an initiative jointly chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz. As part of her time at the Monash Climate Change Communication Research Hub, she blended her journalism expertise with research and presented reports on bushfire rise in Australia with relation to climate change. Prior to her masters in International Communication and Media Studies from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, she worked with Times of India, Bennett Coleman and Company Limited.
Today, Pooja heads the networking and outreach activities for Women in Green Hydrogen South Asia network and is a volunteer with The Climate Reality Project.
Rohan Patil is the Business Development Manager at WERT International. He leverages his comprehensive expertise in renewable energy, energy policies, and techno economic analysis to drive the company’s strategic growth in driving the Energy & Sustainability business. Rohan is a Master’s in Energy Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and was awarded a scholarship from DAAD Germany in recognition of his academic excellence.
Rohan’s international work experience and deep interest in sustainable energy solutions equip him to lead WERT International’s initiatives in advancing green hydrogen and renewable energy projects, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying innovative solutions to support the global transition to sustainable energy.
